Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pfillo GmbH, Kimplerstraße 340, 47807 Krefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia, info.de@newacmellc.com, Telephone: +49-(0)21511561192, Fax: +49-(0)21511561193) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation of this contract.

Return shipping costs
We will cover the return shipping costs. However, please note: Please contact us before returning any goods so we can provide you with a return label or arrange for a pickup. Since sending the goods back independently is not our standard return method, we cannot reimburse any additional costs you incur by returning them without our return label.

Depreciation
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Please return the goods to us in their original packaging if possible to avoid damage during transport.

Should the use of non-original packaging result in the following situations, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the loss in value and deduct this from the refund amount:

The goods are damaged during return transport due to missing or inadequate packaging.

Improper packaging (e.g., unnecessary inflation of volume) can lead to increased logistics costs or bulky goods surcharges.
